To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Goods which are custom orders, made to your specifications, or that have been personalized are not eligible for return.
Goods Damaged in Transit
I take care to package your prints well, but should any of your prints be damaged in shipping, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 calendar days of receiving your order with details (and ideally photos) of the damage, and we can work out whether a replacement, refund, or discount is the most appropriate resolution to the damage. Depending on the extent of the damage, a return may not be necessary to receive a replacement or a refund.
All items sold as misprints or seconds are not returnable. Refund or replacement of these items is possible only for prints seriously damaged in shipping, within the limits of available stock.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. The length of time it will take to receive your refund is dependent on our credit card processor and on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges or Replacements
In some cases exchanges or replacement prints may not be available, as all prints are made in one-time, limited runs. Once those prints sell out, they are gone. Discount, refund, or replacement with different items will be the only remedy if stock is out for any purchased item.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
